For this tutorial you will need:
Tubes, a graphic, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used in the zip file

The patterns and fills are made from one graphic
If you are using your own graphic, layer opacity and layer mode may have to be adjusted
Save Graphic 22 and the gold beads to your patterns folder if you don't already have them
Open a New Transparent Image 650 x 450
Materials Palette - Forground to Graphic 22, Angle = 0, Size 250
Flood Raster 1 and Rename the layer to Template
Magic Wand - RGB - Tolerance = 0, Contiguous checked
Select the White area
Selections Modify - Expand by 2
New Layer
Flood the Selection with the gold beads pattern, Angle = 0, Size 100
Selections Modify - Contract by 4 - Delete
Selections None
Highlight Template layer
Select the White area
Copy and paste winter cabin into the selection
(minimize winter cabin, we need it again)
Leave those ants marching
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur - Zoom checked Strength = 60, Horizontal Offset = 8, Vertical Offset = 54, Protect Center = 0
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Selections None
Highlight Template Layer
Magic Wand - Add/Shift
Select the bottom two black rectangles
New Layer
Paste into Selection
(winter cabin should be in memory - if not, copy and paste into selection)
Leave those ants marching
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur - Spin checked - Strength = 50, Elliptical checked - Horizontal Offset = 0, Vertical Offset = 50, Protect Center = 0
Selections None
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Repeat Enhance Edges
Change Layer Opacity to 80 the the Layer Mode to Exclusion

Highlight Template layer
Magic Wand
Select Top left corner
Selections Modify - Expand by 2
New Layer
Flood the selection with gold beads pattern
Change the Layer Opacity to 65
Leave those ants marching
New Layer
Paste into Selection
(the winter cabin should be in memory, if not, copy and paste into selection)
Leave those ants marching
Adjust - Blur - Motion blur - Angle = 135, Strength = 75
Change the Layer Opacity to 70 and the Layer Mode to Hard Light
Selections None
Open filly2 Beauty
Resize 60%
Copy and Paste as a New Layer
Close the original without saving changes
Image - Mirror and use the Mover tool to place against the left edge of the rectangle
See tag for placement
Highlight Template layer
Select the top left rectangle
Selections - Invert
Highlight Raster 5 (face layer) and Delete
This removes stray pixels outside the rectangle
Selections None
Duplicate the face layer
Highlight Raster 5 (original face layer)
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius = 25
Highlight Copy of Raster 5 (face layer) and Change the Layer Opacity to 65
Hide: Rasters 1,2 and Template layer. This is what is left

Merge Visible
Unhide all layers
Note: if you merge down, you lose detail and colour

Highlight Template Layer
Magic Wand
Select top left rectangle
Highlight Merged layer
Effects - Image Effects - Page Curl
Corner 3 (bottom right curl) Colour #b78c8b - Radius = 50, Width = 40, Height = 40, - Edge Mode, Colour checked and use the same colour
Leave the Selection active
Apply Page Curl again with the Width and Height = 30
Selections None
Magic Wand - Add/Shift - RGB Mode - Tolerance = 25
Select the three solid areas of the curl

Apply Blinds, Width = 2, Opacity = 50, Colour Black, nothing checked
Selections None
Highlight Template Layer
Magic Wand - Change the Tolerance back to 0 and select the top right rectangle
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
New Layer
Copy and Paste winter cabin into selection
Effects - Texture Effects - Fine Leather
Colour Black - Angle = 180, Blur = 80, Transparency = 240, Number of Furrows = 60, Length of Furrows = 10
Selections None
Highlight top layer in Layer Palette
Open the magnolia tube - Resize 65%
Copy and paste as a New Layer
Close the original without saving changes
Use the mover tool to place at the right edge of your image
Use the eraser to remove the tiny stalk from the face tube
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 75, Blur = 15, Colour Black
Add a brush or text to the top right on a new layer
Merge All Layers Visible - Resize All Layers 85% - Copy
Image - Add Borders - Symmetrical = 15, Colour White
Magic Wand - Select the border - Paste into Selection
Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur - Check Zoom - Blur Strength = 50, Elliptical checked - Horizontal Offset = 0, Vertical Offset = 50, Protect Center = 0
Leave those ants marching
Add Noise - Gaussian = 20, Monochrome checked
Selections - Invert - Selections Modify - Select Selection Borders - Outside checked - Antialias checked - Border Width = 2
New Layer
Flood the border with gold beads pattern
Selections None
New Layer
Flood with gold beads pattern - Select All - Selections - Modify - Contract by 2 - Delete
Selections None
Watermark and add any necessary copyright information
Merge All Layers (flatten)
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
