Open a Transparent Image 650 x 450
Selection Tool, Custom Selection
Top = 0, Left = 0, Right = 300, Bottom = 200
Flood with #7c6e6e
Selections None
Same Layer. Reflection Effects, Rotating Mirror. Horizontal Minus 35, Vertical Minus 1, Angle 170, Repeat checked
Apply Blinds. Width 2, Opacity = 35, Colour #d5c4ce, Nothing checked
Effects, Geometric Effects, Cylinder - Horizontal. Strength = 50
Duplicate
Image Flip
Merge Down
Magic Wand. Click in the Transparent area
Selections Modify, Expand by 3
New Layer
Flood with #c8c3c2
Leave Selection Active
Effects, Texture Effects
I used:
Fine Canvas, Size = 25, Smoothness = 1, Depth = 4, Ambience Minus 47, Shininess = 21, Colour #9b8c8f, Angle = 255, Intensity = 81, Elevation = 29
Adjust the settings to suit your chosen colour
Selections Modify, Select Selection Borders. Check both sides. Border Width = 1, Antialias checked
New Layer
Flood with a bright gold gradient or pattern. Leave Selection Active
Apply Blinds, both ways, Width = 2, Colour Black, Opacity = 50
Leave Selection Active
Effects, Distortion Effects, Spiky Halo
Horizontal and Vertical = 5, Amplitude = 65, Frequency = 25, Radius = 5, Transparent checked
Selections None
Duplicate, Adjust Sharpness, Sharpen
Merge Down
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 1, Opacity = 75, Blur = 1, Colour Black
Copy and Paste Blue Lagoon as a New layer
Layer Opacity = 53
Layer Mode Luminance
Move the tree trunk on the right into the 'elbow' of the shape. See tag for placement
Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance
Copy and Paste the male tube as a New Layer
Resize this layer only 90%
Layer Mode Luminance (L)
Highlight Raster 3. (The layer with just the gold border and pattern)
Take your eraser and gently erase the lines through the pant legs and the waistband
Add Border, 2 Pixel Dark Colour
Add Border, 1 Pixel Light Colour
Add Border, 2 Pixel Dark Colour
Watermark, resize if necessary and add any necessary copyright information
Optional. Xero Porcelain, leave the Blue channel at 255
