Flood Raster 1 with #c3cdcd
New Layer
Select All
Open Spring Wildflowers. Copy and Paste into Selection. Selections None
Change Layer Opacity to 65
Same Layer
Effects, Texture Effects, Fur
Blur = 75, Density = 100, Length = 50, Transparency 100
New Layer
Flood with the Gold Beads Pattern
Change Layer Opacity to 20
Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance
Open aed_irish hat. Hide the watermark layer, merge remaining layers visible
Copy and Paste the merged layer as a New Layer on your working image
Close original without saving changes
Change Layer Opacity to 70, Layer Mode to Soft Light
Apply Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity 25, Blur 20, Colour Black
New Layer
Selection Tool, Custom Selection
Top = 20, Left = 30, Right = 620, Bottom = 60
Flood with Gold Beads
Selections Modify, Contract by 2, Delete
Selections None
Rename this Layer to Template

Change Layer Opacity to 20 and Layer Mode to Dissolve

Copy and Paste Irish lass as a New Layer. Position to the right
Copy and Paste Irish Child as a New Layer. Position to the left
Copy and Paste the shamrock corner as a New Layer. Position top left
To the three tube layers apply
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 45, Blur = 20. Colour Black
Add text in a font of your choosing
Merge All Layers Visible
Add a New Layer
Flood with Gold Beads. Select All, Selections Modify Contract by 2, Delete
Merge All Layers Flatten. Resize if necessary
Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
